Didn’t give me the room I booked even tho I was late. Front desk Staff was very rude kept fighting within Themselves. Bathroom wasn’t clean needs repairing towels were dirty

Staff and service is very good but the standard of maintain the property is not so good The rooms nd toilets are not clean properly, specially toilets wall are very dirty compare to my last visit in 2023 Also restaurant at the breakfast always have to bag for Jam, no jam available

I had planned a staycation for my boyfriend after reading the reviews, and the hotel stood upto it's reviews!!! The room service, the food, the breakfast buffet, everything was amazing 🤩 we had a great stay for 4 nights 5 days, and we didn't want to leave..... The staff is really co-operative and hospital.... Adhira at the reception, joy from housekeeping, the staff at the Marea Bar in the hotel and all the other staff at the hotel deserve a shoutout!!! We will be back whenever we want a staycation 🥳🥳

The stay was good with a good breakfast... The staff were helpful and courteous... On day one we had some issues with the washroom and AC We requested the receptionist on day two to change the room and they did so.
